Since 1979, Precision Landscape Services has been delighting clients with exceptional landscape solutions. The company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our staff. The Office Manager is accountable for supporting all of the office and field personnel, with a focus on financial tasks. This role will be responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, job costing, and in-house payroll. This position will also provide administrative support, manage calls, and handle tasks necessary for the functioning of the office. The required hours will be 40 hours/week. Responsibilities: QuickBooks management (data entry, records maintenance, reports generation, invoicing, etc.) Accounts receivable & accounts payable (AR/AP) Data entry (job costing and budget tracking) In-house payroll processing (QuickBooks Payroll) Financial recordkeeping (tracking, retrieval, and disposal) Manage phone calls (customers, vendors, service providers, and other business) Office organization (manages processes/procedures, updates filing systems, and handles office supplies) Prepares new hire paperwork and sets up new employees Completes necessary tax forms Event coordination Miscellaneous tasks Requirements: 5 years’ experience as an office manager/administrator 5 years’ experience handling accounts receivable and accounts payable 5 years’ experience with QuickBooks & QuickBooks Payroll Novice level or higher experience with Excel Exceptional customer service skills Experience with managing Oregon taxes Ability to produce Quarterly and Year-End tax filings, W-2’s and 1099’s Experience with Worker’s Comp filings Ethical, detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and highly organized Desired (not required): Experience working in the office of a landscape company Familiarity with GAAP Highly proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) HR knowledge/experience Able to speak Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Office Administrative: 5 years (Preferred) Accounting: 5 years (Preferred) Workers' Compensation: 2 years (Preferred) QuickBooks: 5 years (Required) OR State Tax: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
