We provide services for earthwork, grading, underground utilities (Water, Sewer, and storm), building pads, fire lines, and much more. We need someone who is dedicated and willing to grow with us.The person we are looking for will have the following experiences and will be actively doing: Hands-on Utilities/Pipe installation Strong Leadership and Communication Skills Operating Equipment, Trenching (including layout). Blueprint reading skills and attention to detail. Ability to use mobile devices for daily log input and supply/material requests. Must be Safety Focused. Maintain time and work records to prepare associated reports. Good verbal and written communication. Capable of leading and motivating crew members to complete tasks on time. Keep a safe job site for employees and equipment, and complete regularly scheduled check-ins. Compliant with all OSHA and Company Policies. Teachable Willing to teach others in a positive and encouraging way, in order to help us grow and retain talent.QualificationsThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in water, sewer, and storm systems. The position holder must be available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM for at least 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working weekends.
