This full-time position offers growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills, and alignment with our company values. The position begins immediately and runs year-round (with increased hours during peak season).
About the Role
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
5 or 8-hour shifts (start time is flexible, but must be available until 5 PM)
Some Saturdays during the busy season (9 AM – 1 PM)
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue through inbound and outbound communication.
Compensation
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Commission opportunities (based on sales achieved)
Performance-based bonus structure

Daily Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
Make outbound follow-up calls on estimates and customer satisfaction
Follow up on canceled customers for customer satisfaction
Sell services over the phone and meet sales goals
Respond to all customer emails
Offer additional or seasonal services
Maintain accurate customer data and account records
Process paperwork from the sales and service team
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to learn new software systems (training provided)
Experience in the lawn care industry is a plus but not required
