Job Description Mechanical Superintendent (HVAC – Licensed))Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time.Job Overview:Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent with a valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License to support a large-scale industrial construction project related to a copper manufacturing facility.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial mechanical systems , including HVAC, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process piping, and will be responsible for supervising installation activities and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and permit requirements.Key Responsibilities: Oversee installation of mechanical systems , including HVAC, cooling water, gas systems, and process pipingPull mechanical permits and ensure full compliance with Texas codes and regulationsCoordinate with plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, and other mechanical tradesReview construction drawings, specifications, and mechanical designsMonitor job site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherenceWork closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractorsSupport planning and execution of industrial mechanical installationsQualifications: Valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License (Required)Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process pipingExperience in industrial or commercial construction projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical plansStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications : Experience on large-scale industrial or construction projectsFamiliarity with process piping or facility systems
