The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure that production meets quality and efficiency goals. Responsibilities include coordinating departments, fostering a culture of safety and quality, setting strategic goals, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Collaboration with leadership and clients is essential to delivering high-quality products and maintaining customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop teamsExperience in operations management, budget planning, and resource allocationExpertise in manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, and quality assuranceKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certifications and industry compliance standardsProven decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams and clientsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with industrial equipment and manufacturing software is a plusAbility to adapt to changing priorities and drive continuous improvementThis position may require access to export-controlled information or items regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
