The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.ScheduleFull Time Monday - Friday8am - 4:30pm (on call after hours)PAY RATE: Starting at $25.00 per hour DOEWeekly PayResponsibilitiesInspect equipment daily to identify problems, mechanical failure, or breakdownsRespond to requests for maintenance servicesPerform small electrical tasksPerforms other cleaning duties as assignedQualifications (must Have)High school diploma or equivalent education/technical certificationMust possess professional experience and/or education in one or more of the followingElectricalIndustrial Equipment Repair Attention to detailBasic knowledge of electrical workBasic skills in mechanical repair and routine equipment maintenanceAbility to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenchesTime management skillsPreferred Qualifications (nice To Have)Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devicesDegree from a technical collegeClosingDiversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
