Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and transfer training, patient/family education, and accurate EMR documentation.
