Senior Product Manager HR Service Delivery (Remote)We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for a large, global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will own messaging, positioning, and field-facing narrative for the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product portfolio. You will translate complex AI product capabilities into clear, compelling stories and turn those stories into the executive presentations, EBC content, sales decks, and enablement materials that move customers and the field.This is a 7-month contract (Extension possible), 40 hours per week, remote role in the US.This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.ResponsibilitiesMessaging, Positioning & NarrativeDevelop product-level messaging and positioning for new and existing HRSD products, with a focus on AI-native experiencesTranslate technical AI capabilities (agents, orchestration, model behavior) into language that business buyers and HR leaders understandBuild narrative arcs that connect product capabilities to customer outcomesMaintain consistent voice and positioning across field-facing assets as products evolveExecutive & Field-Facing ContentProduce executive presentations, EBC content, first-call decks, second-call decks, and demo narrativesBuild keynote and event content (Knowledge, World Forum, strategic third-party events) in partnership with product leadershipProduce one-pagers, solution briefs, customer-facing FAQs, and field battlecardsIterate quickly across stakeholder feedback loopsField & Partner EnablementTranslate new AI products into field enablement materials: launch decks, talk tracks, objection handlers, and short-form video scriptsPartner with sales enablement and partner teams to ensure messaging lands in the fieldDevelop bootcamp content and supplemental product documentationCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product management and the PMM team on product strategy and portfolio alignmentEngage early in the product development cycle so narrative and positioning are built alongside the productOperate effectively across product, design, marketing, sales, and enablementRequirementsMessaging & Narrative CraftTrack record in building product messaging frameworks, positioning, and narrative architecture for technical or AI productsStrong business writing: tight, persuasive, free of jargon and AI hypeCan take a half-formed product concept and return a coherent story arcAI Fluency & TranslationWorking understanding of modern AI concepts (agents, LLMs, model orchestration, evaluation) sufficient to interview engineers and translate without distortionCan credibly hold both technical and business conversationsCuts through AI hype to find the customer-relevant signalVisual Storytelling & Deck CraftStrong PowerPoint craft: master slide discipline, typographic hierarchy, layoutDesign sensibility appropriate for executive audiencesFamiliarity with Figma, Keynote, or similar; comfort working within an established brand systemTreats the deck as a product surfaceOperating StyleSelf-directed; returns a strong first draft, not a list of questionsComfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration on products still being definedCalibrates work to the audience polishes to finish or ships rough as appropriateReliable, accountable, and takes pride in craftPreferred Qualifications5+ years in product marketing, product management, or product narrative roles at an enterprise SaaS or AI-native companyDirect experience marketing AI or AI-augmented products to enterprise buyersFamiliarity with HR Service Delivery, HCM, or adjacent HR technology categoriesExperience supporting executives with keynote or EBC-grade contentPortfolio of representative work (decks, narrative documents, messaging frameworks) available to shareBachelor s degreePlease submit your resume to our network at http://www.stage4solutions.com/careers/ (apply to the Senior Product Manager HR Service Delivery (Remote) role).Please feel free to forward this job post to others you think may be interested.Stage 4 Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer.
