PRYSM Marketing values strong partnerships with manufacturers and a commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Great Lakes Region Manufacture Sales Representative. The role involves managing client relationships within the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The representative will analyze market trends, provide product recommendations, and offer tailored solutions to clients within the windows, doors, and insulated glass manufacturing industry. Regular engagement with clients through virtual and in-person meetings and a proactive approach to growing the customer base are key responsibilities. Travel within the region is also required to maintain and strengthen client relationships.QualificationsSales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, account management, and contract negotiations. Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, specifically within the windows, doors, or insulated glass sectors, is highly preferred.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and adept at engaging with a diverse clientele.Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and strategic sales planning to drive business growth in the assigned region.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and tools, as well as familiarity with digital communication platforms for remote work and client meetings.Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent productivity and accountability.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel within the Great Lakes Region to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.PRYSM Marketing, Inc. offers a competitive level salary which will comprise of a base salary plus commissions.
