IT Project Manager - Software DevelopmentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development and enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing software implementation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and driving projects from planning through successful delivery. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills within fast-paced technology environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management activities for software development and IT implementation projectsCoordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, operations, vendors, and business stakeholdersManage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, risks, and resource allocationFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, project meetings, and status reportingTrack project milestones and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budgetCommunicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholdersSupport SDLC processes and ensure alignment with project objectives and business requirementsMaintain project documentation, reporting metrics, and project governance standardsIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency Required Qualifications5+ years of IT Project Management experienceStrong experience managing software development projectsExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teamsKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environmentsExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms Preferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, or related certificationExperience with enterprise application implementations or system integrationsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments Nice to HaveVendor management experienceExposure to cloud-based applications and modern software platformsTechnical understanding of APIs, integrations, and application deployments
