The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution, with a strong focus on user growth, market fit, and go-to-market alignment. This role is pivotal in shaping a platform that caters to creators, developers, and online communities in the Web3 space. The CPO will be expected to own and evolve the product strategy, translate market trends and user insights into actionable initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch scalable products. A key aspect of the role is to drive feedback loops that enhance activation, retention, and product-led growth, while also ensuring that the product serves both crypto-native and mainstream audiences.Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a proven track record in leading product in a high-growth startup, with experience in either Web3 or Web2, and a preference for B2C or B2B2C. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the relationship between product and distribution, be adept at navigating ambiguity, and have a strong focus on both UX and product marketing. Experience in working with cross-disciplinary teams and a background in products related to creators, identity, community tooling, or wallets is a bonus. The role requires a product leader who is passionate about the intersection of product and marketing, and who is excited about the prospect of helping communities own and shape their digital identities.Travel Percent
