We believe every child deserves the opportunity to explore their interests and reach their full potential.About The RoleWe're looking for an organized and people-focused Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites.This role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners.In this role, you will:Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational, safe, and engaging curricula that reflect HOKALI's core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growthOperational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee all site logistics—including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation—while managing budgets, equipment inventory, and detailed record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incident reports)Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting site supervision until the final student is safely dismissed and maintaining high standards for risk managementTeam Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors; provide ongoing mentorship to foster a collaborative culture while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and reporting performance to the Area ManagerSchedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMCompensation: Salaried position (based on experience)Requirements18+ years of ageAn educational background in education, child development, or a related field is highly preferredPassion for education and working with kidsStrong leadership and professionalism skills when working with schools and studentsExperience working in schools and leading large teamsAbility to engage and inspire students in a fun and educational environmentAbility and willingness to complete 6 hours of online training prior to the start date.
