Member Capabilities Associate

The Member Capability associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and on-going operations of member website and mobile app capabilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high quality and consistent application delivery in alignment with member experience goals.Supports analysis of digital member experiences as it relates to platform projects, enhancements and maintenance.Participates in daily Agile Stand Up calls and Scrum Ceremonies.Contributes to the development of the member experience digital capabilities roadmap and prioritization of member capabilities deliverables.Represents member experience team on cross functional projects.Drafts business requirements and assists in implementing the appropriate solution.Contributes to research, evaluation, documentation and presentation of findings.Participates in meetings with Product Management, Sales, Operations, BTS teams, and third party vendors.Documents operating procedures and policy documents related to member portal and mobile app
