Role Description All positions are full-time and based on active project locations across Florida, with operational support from our West Palm Beach office.Responsibilities vary by role and may include field operations, equipment operation, underground utility installation, project coordination, mechanical support, and site supervision. Our team works together to maintain production, safety, and quality standards across all phases of construction. QualificationsQualifications vary depending on the position and level of experience. Ideal candidates may bring a combination of:* Experience in site development, including earthwork, underground utilities, roadwork, or related trades* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment* Knowledge of construction safety practices and jobsite awareness* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail* Trade-specific skills, certifications, or equipment experience (varies by role)* For leadership roles: experience with scheduling, coordination, and managing crews or subcontractors
