Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, whether in our fine dining establishment, bustling nightclub, or during catered events. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using cash register systems. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Handle cash transactions and process payments while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events or catering functions as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests feel valued and well cared for throughout their visit. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus. Strong cash handling skills with proficiency in using cash registers. Excellent math skills for processing payments accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering operations is advantageous but not required.
