The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner and advisor, leading a team of over 70 staff and driving enterprise-wide planning. Key responsibilities include entrepreneurial leadership, building systems and processes, operational oversight, and revenue innovation. The COO will work closely with the President to guide the institution's vision, lead major planning initiatives, and ensure strong financial stewardship. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling organizations, driving revenue, and overseeing complex business transactions, as well as the ability to optimize the use of funds and lead a diverse team. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of senior leadership experience, including a minimum of 7 years at the C-suite level. The ideal candidate will have a background in business process optimization, IT management, and change management, with a focus on finance, technology, and operations. Personal attributes should include a passion for organizational growth, a hands-on approach, and excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
