A Beautiful Noise Assistant Company ManagerABN Touring LLC is seeking an Assistant Company Manager for the National Tour of A Beautiful Noise. Created in collaboration with Neil Diamond himself, A BEAUTIFUL NOISE is the uplifting true story of how a kid from Brooklyn became a chartbusting, show-stopping American rock icon. With 140 million albums sold, a catalogue of classics like “America,” “Forever in Blue Jeans,” and “Sweet Caroline,” an induction into the Songwriters and Rock and Roll Halls of Fame, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and sold-out concerts around the world that made him bigger than Elvis, Neil Diamond’s story was made to shine on Broadway, where the biggest stars tell their story.The Assistant Company Manager reports to the show’s Company Manager to provide support on all aspects of management on a touring production.ResponsibilitiesAdvancing logistics and overseeing Box Office/House Seat needsAssisting with nightly Box Office statementsDeveloping local market data sheetsCoordinating company travel and housingArranging logistics for visiting creative and design team membersProcessing workers comp claims and assisting with insurance needsProcessing weekly commissions and paymentsCoordinating company parties and eventsMonitoring the overall health and well-being of all touring personnelPerforming other related administrative duties and assignmentsQualifications1-3 years of experience in company management, theatrical office, production setting, or large-scale event coordination.Must have a valid passport for international travel.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and organized.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.Ability to multitask projects in a high stress environment, paying close attention to detail.This role is expected to help create a professional work environment and is required to work in a variety of locations and venues. Must be able to travel, and work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to adapt to multiple buildings / theater venues. Must be able to travel in multiple modes of transportation, including planes, trains, charter and sleeper coaches, and cars.Performance salary starting at $1,100/week and commensurate with experience. Rehearsal/Prep salary starting at $900/week.Assistant Company Manager also receives a percentage of Producer’s share of overage, weekly expense allowance of $315 per week, producer-provided health plan, producer-provided transportation and single occupancy housing.Start DateOn or about August 31, 2026Submission InstructionsFill out online application below.
