Job DescriptionClient Summary:Tech-enabled homecare company focused on complex patient needsSpecializes in supporting patients nearing the end of lifeWorks with healthcare organizations to improve outcomes for high-risk populationsCombines technology and human care to enhance experience and efficiencyCommitted to being a trusted partner while delivering compassionate carePosition Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage a scalable sales program aligned with company goalsBuild and oversee Salesforce CRM infrastructure, including forecasting, reporting, compliance, and process managementDevelop and lead sales training programs for frontline teams; coach to performance improvementRefine and scale value propositions, call scripts, and outreach playbooksProvide ongoing data collection and analytics to guide market segmentation, territory planning, and account prioritizationEnsure sales tools, collateral, and messaging are optimized and up to dateCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to align messaging and referral strategyMonitor KPIs across the sales funnel - from activity to conversion - and implement continuous improvementsExperience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or field sales trainingProven ability to build or revamp a sales program from scratchDeep proficiency in Salesforce; able to manage dashboards, compliance, workflows, and forecastingStrong understanding of sales strategy, coaching, tools, and analyticsComfortable training and supporting frontline sales staff in the fieldData- and process-driven mindset with high attention to detailExperience in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales highly preferredExposure to larger, structured sales organizations (e.g., ADP, Paychex) is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts and influence cross-functional teamsPreferred Experience and Qualifications:Technically inclined and obsessed with data, compliance, and CRM accuracyCollaborative and proactive with a strong sense of ownershipFocused on sales performance but grounded in people and processAble to juggle execution while thinking strategically about what's nextPassionate about improving care in serious illness and hospice settingsCompensation $150k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
