Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Power Electronics to join an innovative engineering team developing next-generation medium-voltage and utility-scale power conversion systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and troubleshoot Gate Driver Boards (GDB) and Power BoardsDevelop schematics and review PCB layouts for high-voltage/high-current applicationsPerform hardware validation, testing, and root cause analysisExecute Double Pulse Testing (DPT), switching characterization, thermal testing, and protection verificationAnalyze inverter performance, switching behavior, and power module reliabilityCollaborate with controls, mechanical, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams throughout the product development lifecycleRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience in power electronics hardware developmentHands-on experience with inverters, converters, motor drives, UPS, BESS, or renewable energy systemsStrong knowledge of IGBT & SiC power devices, gate driver design, power converter topologies, protection circuits, and thermal managementExperience designing and debugging power electronics PCBsProficiency with oscilloscopes and laboratory power electronics testingPreferred Skills:Medium-voltage power conversion systemsMATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTspice, or Altium DesignerDouble Pulse Testing (DPT)EMI/EMC mitigation, UL/IEC standards, DFMEA, and reliability engineering
