This role blends administrative, business, and personal support and requires discretion, urgency, and strong execution.RoleKeep operations organized, communication clear, and priorities moving.ResponsibilitiesManage COO schedule, meetings, and follow-upsCoordinate communication across office, PMs, and staffSupport Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and HR processesTrack receivables and assist with collections/reportingPlan and organize projects with minimal guidanceRun meetings (agenda, notes, action items, follow-through)Handle administrative and occasional personal tasksMaintain strong alignment across team and daily operationsWhat We Expect2+ years in admin, executive assistant, or similar roleHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenStrong problem-solving with a "get it done" mindsetAble to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentClear communication and strong interpersonal skillsTech proficient (Google Sheets/Docs, email, task systems like Trello)Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential informationStandardOwn tasks, follow through, and keep things moving without constant direction.This role is for someone who steps in, takes ownership, and keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
