The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including staff supervision, budget management, guest satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include setting and achieving financial goals, ensuring operational excellence, managing team performance, and maintaining high standards of guest service to drive positive experiences. The General Manager will also represent the hotel in the community and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skillsFinancial acumen including budget planning, forecasting, and cost controlKnowledge of hospitality management, customer service, and operational proceduresExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in hotel property management systems and related softwareAbility to oversee multiple functions in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated understanding of brand standards and operational requirements within the hospitality sectorBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not requiredExperience in hotel management or a similar leadership role is required
