Copier / Print Service Manager

Morris Business Solutions is the premier office technology provider in North and South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced Copier / Print Service Manager to lead and oversee our field service team responsible for maintaining and supporting office technology equipment. This role manages service technicians, ensures service level agreements are met, and maintains high customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the copier / managed print industry, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of service operations. The high standards of service we provide for our clients have played a crucial role in maintaining our high rate of retention, along with gaining new business.Qualifications/RequirementsMust have 5+ years of technical experience with copiers and other office equipment; Xerox and Kyocera experience required2+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of Copier, Printer and MFP technology.
