Marketing Manager
Thompson Solutions Group (TSG) is looking for a Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on to help drive our brand growth and support our continued expansion. This role partners closely with leadership and business development to elevate our presence across key markets while building initiatives that directly support revenue growth.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goalsStrengthen and position TSG as a trusted, innovative solutions provider in key marketsCollaborate with Business Development to support pipeline growth and key account expansionLead proposal strategy, RFQs/RFPs, and pursuit marketing effortsOversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all divisions and locations Manage digital marketing efforts, including website strategy, SEO, and targeted campaignsCreate compelling content such as project highlights, case studies, and industry insights Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROI-driven initiativesLead, mentor, and grow the marketing teamWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field8-12 years of progressive marketing experience (construction, engineering, or industrial experience preferred) Experience supporting revenue growth and business development effortsStrong background in proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and multi-channel marketing strategiesExcellent communication skills with a sharp eye for messaging and designAbility to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with leadershipProficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/creative toolsWillingness to travel to job sites and office locations as neededWhy Join TSG?At TSG, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
