Patient Services Representative We're seeking a Patient Services Representative with strong communication skills and experience supporting patients in a medical setting. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with patients, clinics, insurance providers, and internal teams. Representatives assist with patient intake, insurance verification, documentation, and case management to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.What You'll Do:Speak with patients, physicians, and insurance companies to gather information, provide updates, and support case needsProcess new referrals, verify insurance coverage, and obtain prior authorizationsMaintain accurate documentation in CRM and other internal systemsSupport patients who may be experiencing challenging health situations with empathy and professionalismEnsure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulationsCollaborate with sales teams, clinicians, and internal departments to facilitate patient ordersDeliver high-quality customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMust Haves:1+ year of experience in a medical or healthcare settingStrong communication and phone skillsCustomer-service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive or emotional conversationsFamiliarity with HIPAA requirementsAbility to work with CRM systems and standard office toolsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a detailed process-driven environment, and is passionate about supporting patients through their care journey.
