What You’ll DoWe are seeking a UX Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional user experience initiatives across a modern data and AI platform. The UX TPM ensures that strategic UX priorities translate into clear execution plans, measurable outcomes, and predictable delivery. Key Responsibilities End-to-End UX Program ExecutionDrive large-scale UX initiatives from concept through releaseTranslate UX strategy into structured delivery plans with clear milestonesManage dependencies across UI engineering, backend teams, platform services, and product managementEnsure readiness for major platform releasesCross-Layer Experience CoordinationOrchestrate delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant experiencesAlign on global UX patterns (identity, onboarding, help systems, agent behavior)Ensure experience contracts are upheld across access layersTechnical Delivery AccelerationPartner with UI engineering to improve development velocity and predictabilityTrack and report UX-related delivery metrics (cycle time, release readiness, defect rates, AI-assisted code contribution)Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution risks Release & Readiness ManagementCoordinate UX readiness for major launchesManage design-to-development handoffs and ensure implementation fidelityDrive UAT planning, validation workflows, and production launch checklistsProcess Optimization & Operating RhythmEstablish clear operating cadences across design, UX PM, and engineering Improve prioritization clarity and reduce delivery frictionStandardize intake, sequencing, and delivery frameworksWhy This Role Matters: As our platform evolves toward AI-driven and agentic experiences, the complexity of delivering cohesive UX across multiple technical layers increases. Who You’ll Work WithThis role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, and Engineering and is responsible for accelerating the delivery of high-quality, scalable user experiences across multiple access layers — including web UI, SQL IDEs, APIs, CLI, and conversational AI interfaces.
