Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stratford, CT, for a Carpenter - Crate Builder. The Carpenter will be responsible for building, assembling, and reinforcing crates for packaging purposes. Daily tasks include working with hand tools and power tools, performing carpentry and framing, and completing finish carpentry to ensure product durability and quality. Adhering to safety standards and collaborating with team members will be essential parts of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniquesExperience using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safelyKnowledge of Framing and crate assembly processesStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in constructionAbility to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentPrior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plusCommitment to adhering to workplace safety standards
