Maintenance Electrician

The Company's North American operations are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Plymouth, Indiana, where we produce fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Production Electrician for our Plymouth, IN location.The Maintenance Production Electrician is responsible for performing maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment, building equipment, and all other duties assigned by the Supervisor.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain Production EquipmentPerform PM tasks on Production EquipmentPerforming various electrical tasksPerforming other miscellaneous duties assigned by Supervisor.Maintaining building equipmentFormal Education Required:High School Diploma or equivalent and/orTrade schoolAssociates degree preferred.Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements:3 or more years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.Special Skills and Abilities Required:Ability to organize, prioritize and execute assigned tasks.Electrical troubleshooting skills & knowledge on 24v – 480v systems and components.PLC and control knowledge – Siemens and or Rockwell Allen Bradley.Motor & Motor control knowledge.Understanding operation manuals and schematics.Good people skills.Computer skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, SAP.At times technician will be required to perform equipment repairs in difficult, tight, and awkward areas, lift equipment and parts weighing up to 50 lbs., work at heights up to 30 feet as well as in hot or cold environments.EOE/M/F/H/V
