This role is all about trust, visibility, and becoming the first call for insurance and property professionals when their clients need help the most.If you thrive in outside sales, enjoy being in the field, and know how to turn strong relationships into long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs our Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of our company in the community and the connector between referral partners and our operations team.Build, develop, and maintain a targeted network of insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners within your assigned territoryConduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and check-ins to educate partners on our services and reinforce our valueIdentify and pursue new referral opportunities and key decision-makers in insurance and property managementCoordinate and host lunch-and-learns, CE classes (where applicable), and marketing events that strengthen relationships and drive referralsRespond quickly and professionally to incoming referrals, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through project completionCollaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and outstanding service on referred jobsTrack activities, referrals, and pipeline progress in our CRM and provide regular reporting and market feedbackRepresent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community functions to grow brand awareness and credibilityWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry experience strongly preferred)Existing relationships with local insurance agents, adjusters, or property managers are a major plusExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role with defined activity and performance goalsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory dailyAbility to pass a background check and drug testWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission/bonus tied to referrals and closed businessCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursement, depending on role structureCompany-provided phone, laptop/tablet, and field toolsPaid time off and benefits package (details discussed during the interview)Ongoing training in restoration services and the insurance claims process, with clear opportunities for career growthWhy Join Us?We're more than a restoration company—we're a trusted partner during our customers' most difficult moments.
