Field Service & Installation Coordinator
Role Overview
As the Field Service & Installation Coordinator at Ronbow, you are the bridge between our premium Italian-inspired designs and the final physical realization in the client’s home. This is a high-impact role requiring a "Master Lead Installer" mindset combined with the organizational skills of a project manager. You will ensure every custom cabinetry project meets Ronbow’s rigorous standards for luxury, precision, and functionality.

Expert Installation: Perform hands-on installation and fine-tuning of high-end custom cabinetry, including complex fillers, crown moldings, and sophisticated hardware adjustments.
On-Site Problem Solving: Identify and resolve structural or dimensional discrepancies on-site (e.g., uneven walls/floors) to ensure a seamless fit.
Punch List Completion: Execute final touch-ups, repairs, and adjustments to bring every project to "showroom quality" before client handover.
2. Subcontractor Management & Coordination
Oversight: Supervise third-party installation crews, ensuring they adhere to Ronbow’s specific installation protocols and safety standards.
Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines with General Contractors (GCs) and site managers to ensure site readiness before the team arrives.
Quality Auditing: Conduct site inspections and sign off on subcontractor work, managing accountability for any rework required.
3. Communication & Project Support
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for designers and homeowners on-site to address technical questions or installation concerns.
Feedback Loop: Report field issues back to the Production and Design teams to improve product engineering and prevent recurring errors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate field logs, photo documentation, and sign-off sheets via company mobile apps/systems.
