Compensation: $127,100 to $183,000 annually target range $127,000 - $140,000Working hours: Full-time, Exempt, 90% on-siteReports to: Head of HRIndustry: Marine TerminalJob Functions: Human ResourcesThe Senior Manager of Human Resources is a hands-on, people-focused leader responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This role works closely with and through others to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services while building strong relationships and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.This position requires a highly collaborative, service-oriented professional who is effective at working with a wide range of individuals, including leaders, employees, and cross-functional partners.
