They are committed to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Pompano Beach, FL for a Marketing Advertising Specialist. The role includes developing and managing social media campaigns, creating advertising materials, and supporting brand development. Additional responsibilities involve executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, identifying sales opportunities, and communicating effectively with customers to enhance their overall experience. The Marketing Advertising Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and relevant product sales.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize Shopify accounts, including product listings, inventory control, and sales performanceDesign marketing assets using Canva and Adobe PhotoshopProduce dynamic video content for social media and digital campaignsManage and grow all social media platforms, including - META Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTokOversee all company websites and domains, including - Content updates and edits and coordinating with website management and development companiesDevelop and execute print and digital advertising campaignsCreate marketing materials for product promotion, branding, and sales initiativesManage email marketing campaigns and customer outreachPlan and execute SMS/text marketing campaignsAssist with WhatsApp advertising and messaging strategiesDevelop and implement SEO growth strategiesManage and optimize Google Ads / Google AdWords campaignsExecute geo-fencing advertising initiativesSupport overall marketing strategy, campaign growth, and brand awarenessQualificationsProven experience in marketing, advertising, or digital mediaProficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (required)Strong experience with Shopify and e-commerce managementSkilled in social media management and content creationExperience with SEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsCreative, self-motivated, and detail-orientedMust be able to work on-site in Pompano Beach, FLCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)Full-time, in-house position M-F 830AM-430PM401(k)Paid vacation and sick daysOpportunity to grow with a fast-moving, expanding company
