Were looking for strong, experienced leaders to help our team maintain high standards and deliver impeccable service every day.As Dining Room Manager, youll lead a busy, high-energy dining room, supporting your team, maintaining attention to detail, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to lead by example. Youll be instrumental in shaping the culture of the dining room and inspiring your team to deliver their best.What Youll Be Doing:Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day flow of the dining room from greeting guests and managing service to solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly.Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Whether its a birthday dinner or a casual lunch, youll make sure every guest feels seen, cared for, and excited to return.Develop & Inspire the Team: Coach, mentor, and support a dedicated front-of-house staff. Youll build a strong team culture rooted in respect, pride, and a shared love for hospitality.Work Hand-in-Hand with the Kitchen & Bar: Great service is a team effort and youll be the glue that keeps communication strong and service seamless.Maintain the Atmosphere: Help keep the space clean, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards down to every last detail.Support the General Manager: Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and daily operations making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.What Were Looking For:Experienced Leader: Youve got at least 3 years of restaurant management experience under your belt preferably in a full-service or high-volume environment.Team-Oriented & Positive: Youre a natural leader who motivates by example, uplifts your team, and brings good energy to every shift.Hospitality-Driven: You genuinely care about people. Creating memorable experiences and making guests feel at home is what drives you.Strong Communicator: You know how to listen, speak clearly, and stay solution-focused even in the busiest moments.Organized & Calm Under Pressure: Youre great at managing a lot at once while keeping service smooth and the vibe positive.Reliable & Flexible: A full-time, salaried position is approx. 50 hours/week. Hourly management positions are 40 hours per week.
