Apply via Dice today!Job Title:Functional LeadLocation: Washington, DCType: Contract To HireResponsibilities Provide deep functional expertise across Oracle Federal Financials modules including GL, Budget, AP, AR, Purchasing, and Loans Support OCFO business cycles, financial reporting, and accounting compliance Lead SLA configurations, FCRA compliance, GTAS reporting, and ensure financial data accuracy Advise on business process improvements and resolve accounting issues Support month-end and year-end financial close operations Support financial module functionality and troubleshoot issues Manage SLA rule configurations and budget execution support Oversee loan lifecycle processing and ensure proper financial reporting Assist with audit support and data validation processes Identify and implement process improvements within financial systems Promote financial automation and reporting optimizationRequirements 0+ years of experience in financial systems and Oracle Federal Financials modules Basic understanding of SLA, FCRA, USSGL, and federal reporting standards (GTAS, DATA Act) Ability to support financial reconciliation and data validation Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environmentSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
