Information Technology Analyst
Looking for an IAM Analyst that will support identity governance, ensuring the right users have appropriate access to sensitive financial and agricultural data.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and support IAM solutions aligned with security policies and business objectivesImplement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ, including lifecycle management, access certifications, and RBACCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutionsSupport onboarding of applications into SailPoint (connectors, policy configuration)Develop and maintain Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), including identity, role, and access managementMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues to minimize business disruptionParticipate in audits and compliance activities by providing documentation and evidence of controlsOptimize IAM processes for performance, scalability, and securityCreate and maintain IAM standards, procedures, and best practicesConfigure, analyze, and enhance IAM tools for efficiency and effectivenessSupport integration of systems and applications with IAM and Active Directory (LDAP)Coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents and problems in a timely mannerEnsure access management aligns with organizational security policies and standardsTrack and report key metrics related to IAM and security administration performanceAssist in automating manual processes, including scripting where applicablePromote security awareness and best practices across the organizationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar analytical role3+ years of experience in IT security management, operations, or administration
