About*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health | Full-Time | Day Shift*Join a compassionate care team dedicated to supporting patients in their own homes. This full-time opportunity runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a weekend and holiday rotation based on staffing needs.
