If you are interested in learning more, apply now!Work Model: On-Site What You Will Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales team members to ensure long-term success and performance consistency Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption (Salesforce preferred) Execute and refine sales processes to deliver predictable revenue and scalable growth Analyze sales performance data and dashboards to inform decisions, identify trends, and address gaps Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales strategy with company objectives and customer needs Manage and grow strategic and high-value accounts while supporting key customer relationships Foster a performance-driven, collaborative team culture grounded in accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Adapt priorities and strategies in response to market changes and evolving business needs Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, key account visits, and occasional travel What You Will Need to Be Successful: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics to guide strategy and execution Experience in the safety, ground protection, or a related industry is preferred Knowledge of strategic account management and complex customer engagement Advanced training or certifications in sales methodologies a plus Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and key account support Benefits Overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Abigail Kramer at (515) 225-7000 or email akramer@thepalmergroup.com.
