Bond Health -Assistant Director – Program Services / Children's ServicesFull-Time PositionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director to support the overall operations, staff supervision, and program development within a children's services environment. This is a leadership role ideal for professionals with a strong background in special education and program administration.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Director with daily program operations and oversightSupervise, support, and evaluate direct care and clinical staffParticipate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance managementEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and agency policiesAssist with program budgeting, reporting, and departmental planningSupport curriculum recommendations and classroom placement decisionsServe as liaison between families, school districts, and community partnersFacilitate student transitions to appropriate educational placementsSupport Quality Assurance initiatives and program developmentContribute to staff training and in-service educationParticipate in agency committees and special projectsQualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentialityProficiency with computers, email, and standard softwareAbility to interact effectively with staff, families, and outside partnersFamiliarity with adaptive equipment (including wheelchairs)Education & Experience Requirements:Master's Degree in Special EducationMinimum five (5) years of experience as a Special Education TeacherMinimum four (4) years of experience in School AdministrationNew York State Permanent Certification – Special Education TeacherNew York State Permanent Certification – School Administrator / SupervisorValid New York State Driver's License (in good standing)This position offers the opportunity to play a meaningful leadership role in supporting programs that positively impact children's educational and developmental success.For More Information or to ApplyYanet HaileAccount Manager, Bond Health Staffing718-302-0040 ext. 205
