A company is looking for a Client Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure client requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily performance of Project Attorneys to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction Coach and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews to enhance productivity Coordinate with internal teams to manage client communications and ensure adherence to procedures Required Qualifications Strong experience in staff development, training, and quality assurance Ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant industry field is preferred
