You are a high-performing Senior Sales Executive driving new revenue, expanding strategic accounts, and strengthening our footprint in key markets.This is a true revenue-generating role with autonomy, executive-level client exposure, and meaningful earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth across assigned law firms and zero-based firms (ZBFs)Prospect, penetrate, and expand key accountsRun full-cycle sales: outreach → discovery → proposal → close → renewalLead consultative conversations that uncover client challenges and align tailored deposition solutionsForecast accurately and manage pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuiteLead QBRs and strategic business reviews for enterprise accountsDevelop recovery plans for underperforming accountsRepresent Esquire at industry events and networking engagementsWhat You’ll NeedSkills: Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills; team-oriented with a client-first mindsetExperience: 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience; legal industry experience preferredTechnical: Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital research toolsEducation: Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferredAttributes: High-energy, self-directed, organized, adaptable, and results-focusedWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent attainment of sales quotas and KPIsExpanded market share and client base in assigned territoriesEffective growth and retention of enterprise-level accountsActive contributions to team goals and collaborative winsWork EnvironmentThis is a remote-based role with virtual collaboration across internal teams, travel to client sites, and attendance at client-facing events.
