Company DescriptionDaitz, Burke & Harrison CPAs, LLP is a small accounting firm specializing in tax consulting, tax preparation, and wealth-building services for small businesses, medical practices, and individuals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time (flexible), on-site role for a Small Office Administrator at our Rochester, NY location. Schedule is a four day work week, Monday - Thursday, except during peak season. January 1st - April 15th schedule is Monday - Friday and some required 1/2 day Saturdays (March 1st - April 15th). The Small Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact, managing correspondence, maintaining and organizing office operations, and basic bookkeeping.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with the ability to multitask and manage daily schedules effectively.Experience in handling Office Equipment and supplies for maintaining a well-functioning workspace.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and address inquiries professionally.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.Pay Range: $22-$25/hour
