Technical Trainer - Photolithography & Semiconductor Equipment
Our client is seeking a Technical Trainer – Semiconductor/Photolithography as this role blends hands-on semiconductor equipment expertise with technical training and curriculum development. The Technical Trainer will develop and deliver training on advanced photolithography equipment, maintain training tools and facilities, and support both internal teams and external customers. The position requires full-time onsite presence in a cleanroom and classroom environment.Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation AssistanceTravel: ~30% (primarily domestic; occasional international)ResponsibilitiesPresent technical concepts to internal teams and customer groups.Validate technical procedures used by field service teams and customers.Prepare, operate, and maintain training equipment and instructional environments.Participate in knowledge-sharing discussions to support less-experienced colleagues.Develop new technical training materials and revise existing content to ensure accuracy and clarity.Engage with customers to assess training needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Deliver user training on photolithography systems at the onsite training facility and customer locations.Provide classroom and cleanroom instruction covering equipment operation, preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.Qualifications (Must-Haves)Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to work flexible shifts and travel approximately 30%.Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.Instructor or technical training experience on complex hardware systems.Semiconductor industry background, including cleanroom or fab exposure.3–5 years of related experience in semiconductor equipment, field service, or technical training.Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills; experience with robotics or electromechanical systems preferred.Preferred SkillsSemiconductor process knowledge.Experience with photolithography equipment.Background in physics, engineering, or related technical disciplines.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsTraining delivered primarily in person, with some virtual sessions.Role breakdown: 70% training delivery / 30% course development.Close visual acuity required for reading, inspection, and equipment operation.Work performed in both office and cleanroom environments (full cleanroom suit required)J-18808-Ljbffr
