Program and Systems Manager - The ARCHES Project

The ARCHES Teams would like Program and Systems Manager to join their team! The ARCHES Program and Systems Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a new Long-Term Rental Assistance (LTRA) and the new Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) programs within the ARCHES Project. This position will directly supervise program staff, oversee program operations and workflows, develop policies and procedures, as well as ensure positive client outcomes related to long-lasting solutions to homelessness.Candidates must submit applications by 9/6/2024 in order to be considered for first round interviews.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEA Bachelor's degree in Administration, Social Services, or a related field.Two years of experience in administration or program management/coordination in a social service or community services setting.Four years of supervisory experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSDriver qualifications are required for this position. Valid driver license, insured vehicle available for use on the job, anda satisfactory drive record for the previous three years are requiredCandidate must pass a comprehensive MWVCAA background screening prior to employment.Basic Life Support/First Aid Certification is required within first 30 days of hire.Candidate must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesA preference will be given to those experience managing/coordinating programs working with vulnerable at-riskpopulations, including people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.Knowledge of housing voucher procedures and processes.Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Office (including Outlook), videoconferencing platforms, and web tools.Must possess excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.Possesses highly effective interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse groupsorally and in writing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee will alsoperform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.Manages and monitors Agency LTRA and HSRN program operations and subcontracts.Coordinates with housing Alliance to develop system capacity for LTRA.Works with community partners to educate on opportunities for LTRA.Works to develop training to educate agency staff on implementation of HRSN.Engagement with local Community Care Organizations on implementation of HRSN.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises approximately 4 -10 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities for this position include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as planning, assigning, and directing their work and appraising their performance.
