We are seeking a Dining Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Cooking experience and experience in running the day to day of a kitchen are required. Responsibilities:Menu development within provided guidelinesOrdering and maintaining inventoryHiring and developing team membersAssist with meal preparation and servingEnsure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing mannerProvide excellent customer service to residents and guestsAssist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areasFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresDevelop and maintain relationship with other management and client Requirements:Prior culinary experiencePrior experience with running a kitchen day to dayPositive attitude and excellent customer service skillsKnowledge in Microsoft office including excelAbility to work on feet for extended periods of timeReliable means of transportation to and from work Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
