Job Description The Construction Services Technician plays a key role in performing baseboard replacements and touch-up painting on various projects. Working with a small, focused team, this technician is expected to handle standard carpentry tools and painting supplies efficiently, ensuring quality workmanship in a family-operated environment that values honesty, hard work, and customer care. Projects typically last 2-3 days, with occasional travel between sites, offering opportunities for skill development and long-term employment.
