JC Pallet is the trusted source for the best recycled pallets.The transportation liaison will be responsible for performing yard reports multiple times per day, coordinating with maintenance and helping with any paperwork.Come join a winning team with a family atmosphere where the core values of Customer Service, Absolute Integrity, We are Family, and Share the Success live.SummaryResponsible for helping maintain maintenance records and repairs, locking trailers according to safety regulations and processing any paperwork.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Works effectively with on-site team members to ensure safe and efficient turns.Maintains spreadsheet of all trailers needing repairs and inspections.Communicates effectively with maintenance crew to ensure repairs are completed.Locks and unlocks trailers at the dock according to safety protocols.Performs multiple yard checks throughout each day to ensure trailers are maintained and updated.Efficient use of Excel & Microsoft Office.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
