Currently raising $15m Series A.Role Overview: We’re looking for a Lead Developer to guide our technical team, make architectural decisions, and help bring our vision to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the stack, lead technical projects, and help scale our product alongside our team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.Collaborate with product and founders to refine requirements and set technical direction.Build and manage a small team of developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.Ensure code quality, security, and performance through reviews and testing.Continuously identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization.Assist with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.Qualifications:5+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup environment.Proficiency with modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Ruby).Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end technologies (Golang, Node.js, Django, etc.).Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and DevOps best practices.Experience with leading a team or mentoring junior developers.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative products.Nice to Have:Experience with AI/ML integration.Familiarity with music or creative industries (if relevant to the company).
