It is not a 1099 contractor role or registry position.We are a local, family owned home care agency operated by a husband and wife team. We are looking for caregivers who want flexible home care opportunities and also understand that once they accept a shift, clients are depending on them.Pay is typically $16 to $18 dollars per hour for most cases. Higher rates may be available for select assignments based on client needs, schedule, location, and case complexity.About The ScheduleHome care offers a variety of shift options because every client has different needs. Current opportunities may include:Weekday daytime shiftsWeekend shiftsMorning and afternoon shiftsEvening shiftsSome overnight opportunitiesMinimum 4 hour shiftsLonger 8 hour and 12 hour shifts when availableWe work to match caregivers with cases based on availability, skills, client needs, and reasonable travel distance. This is not a fixed facility position. The work takes place in client homes throughout the local service area.Flexible scheduling does not mean unreliable scheduling. A good fit for this role is someone who communicates availability clearly, accepts appropriate cases, and shows up as scheduled.What You Will DoYou will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home.
