Senior Data Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data using batch and real-time frameworks.• Ensure data quality and automate the identification of data quality issues.• Design and implement data solutions within enterprise data warehouses and big data repositories.• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed data products.• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced data engineers.• Stay current with new data technologies and best practices, sharing insights with the team.What You'll Need• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.• Proven experience with batch and real-time data processing frameworks.• Strong experience with data modeling, access, schemas, and storage techniques, particularly in Snowflake.• Experience in designing and developing scalable, high-volume software systems and components.• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).• Experience with ETL processes, business intelligence tools, and Git.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($101,500 - $169,100) plus potential for additional compensation.• Flexible vacation policy, paid holidays, and wellness leave.• Opportunities for professional development and learning new technologies.• Collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation.Apply via Haystack today!
