Senior Data Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using modern cloud technologies.• Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks, validation frameworks, and anomaly monitoring.• Lead the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized data projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.• Support the development of insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools.• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis.• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Agile planning processes.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture.• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or enterprise analytics.• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools.• Strong working experience with data modeling, schemas, and storage techniques within cloud data warehouses.• Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines in cloud environments.• Proficiency with business intelligence tools and data quality tools.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $153,900) plus bonus potential.• Flexible vacation policy, allowing employees to take as much paid time off as they deem consistent with their duties.• Comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, wellness leave, and various other paid time-off provisions.• Opportunity to work with emerging technologies, including AI and ML tools, to drive innovation.Apply via Haystack today!
