Dental Treatment Coordinator

Compass Dental Services is a small group practice that is locally owned and operated. We are currently seeking a diligent front office administrator to join our General Dentistry team at our Waldo Dental Care location in Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities: Managing and utilizing Digital Patient Management Software Assisting with Patient flow Reviewing Contracts Collecting Payments Conducting confirmation calls Scheduling Appointments Answering phones Coordinating Dental Treatment Current Opening: Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator Strong Insurance knowledge is a REQUIREMENT. Bi-lingual Spanish is highly recommended MINIMUM of 3 Years of experience in Dental Treatment Coordinating Some evenings and Saturday's are required. Schedules will be prepared 2-3 weeks in advance.
